Mix the following together:

6 C HOT water
1 C powdered milk
3 T salt
6 LEVEL T Sugar
1 C Wesson Oil

Then add:
9 C Flour.  Mix Well

Meanwhile, in a 2 cup measure, place 1 C Warm Water (105-110 degrees Fahrenheit)
1/2 tsp Sugar
3 T Yeast.

Mix well.  Let rest 7-10 minutes to ensure the yeast is active.  Add yeast mixture to the above mixture.  Then add 8-9 more cups of flour.  Knead for 15 minutes.  Place in LARGE, greased bowl and cover with a damp dish towel. Let rise until doubled in size.  About 1-1/2 hours.  Punch down dough and divide into five loaves. Place in greased pans and cover.  Let rise till doubled. (about 45 minutes).  Bake in a 325 F. oven for 1 hour.  Cool completely and store in bags in the freezer.

(You can use half whole wheat bread and half white bread)

* I have my Mom's old Bosch Mixer and it does all the kneading for me.  I don't know if you have to knead by hand if you should knead longer or not.

** Hands down, the best bread in the universe.
